This newsletter has more sitelen pona content than expected, so here’s an experiment: The Unicode character ⚂ will show you which items use sitelen pona. Let us know what you think of that!
Group projects
- ⚂ The Sitelen Pona Publishers & Typographers Association made an announcement about their new bilingual website, Common Sitelen Pona, and the ASCII input standard for sitelen pona! The association was formed to support people who use sitelen pona and to formalize consensus for technical standards such as Unicode.
- ma.pona.la, a pin map for toki pona people, has exceeded 1000 pins! It also now comes with place names in toki pona and a globe mode.
- The lipu tenpo team published an April Fool’s issue of the magazine, which includes texts in a variety of uncommon scripts!
